Chapter Five : Playing Cards Sealing Charges

1.
Each imported pack of playing cards shall be subject to an ad valorem duty
in return for sealing services rendered by customs, in addition to customs
duty. |

2.
The importers shall detail in their declarations the number of packs of
each category contained in the parcels declared. |
| 3.
False declarations of quantity shall be restrained by implementing the penalties
set forth in Article 421 of the present law. |
